Today I have lost my speed endurance on treadmill to Schönbrunn: 132 bpm TE. Was almost as boring ;-) It's really not that easy to run 50 min constant when so fast. Since the treadmill is really its advantages. Habs but still managed during the 50 minutes always at the 5:00 min / km run.
Here are the dates: 14.51 km 1:20:30 (5:31 min / km 10.83 km / h) Average. HR: 145 bpm TE: 3.7
Warmup 15 min: 138 bpm
TDL 50 minutes: 152 bpm min
Cool Down 15: 129 bpm
