wiedermal Today I was at 140 bpm TE Wiener mountain road. After I watched Formula 1, I was somehow too lazy to go somewhere. But for the planned 1.5 hours I was Schönbrunn too small. Moreover, since today probably hell broke loose. In any event, today was great. I'm running marathon pace and was always so mitm pulse between 70% and 75% So really perfect.
