So that today is my last entry in this blog. I once added up all the units and will post here once more the result.
Overall, I am my preparation including the marathon in the period from 20:09:09 to 18:04:10 850.46 km run. The time was 28min 40sec 83h
that I am in the castle Schönbrunn 362.19 km run. The time I spent on my home track 35h 09min 44sec
were the second most miles walked on the Danube island in the Prater. A total of 154.46 km in 15h 56min 09sec
The bronze ranking goes to the bodybuilding. 106.30 km on the treadmill in 10h 48min 54sec
followed in fourth place at this stage a training session outside of Vienna. So Franken and once Kaprun. There were 100.05 km in 9h 29min 16sec
On the fifth place come then my competitive kilometers. Those were the Vienna Night Run He & you run, the Wien Energie Half Marathon and of course the absolute highlight of the VCM 2010th A total of 72.60 km in 6h 18min 46sec
And last but not least, nt: The Vienna mountain with a time of 54.86 km in 5h 45min 51sec
