The Sebastiaan Cornelissen Trio, consisting of three of the prestigious Dutch musician: pianist Rob van Bavel, bass virtuoso drummer Sebastiaan Cornelissen and Frans Vollink.
Cornelissen appears here as a composer of pieces appear to fit the best into the category of modern electro-jazz - multi-faceted and inspired by music outside of the jazz universe. Clear structures, uncluttered lines, without forgetting the melodies and, above all, a good portion of groove from the eyes (and ears).
The tight, energetic sound reflects the close ties between the three musicians, expressive and dynamic, he can not even die-hard jazz listeners to cast its spell.

All Members The trio look back on a variety of well-known co-musicians: Randy Brecker, Jim Beard, Gary Willis, Gary Husband, Steve Hunt, Wayne Johnson, Susan Weinert, Scott Kinsey, Tom Kennedy, Gerard Presencer, Hadrien Feraud, Alex Machacek, Damian Erskine - just to name a few.
